Begin with a masterclass on spices used in South Indian cuisine. Then help Sundarii cook two dishes from scratch. You will learn to make either the appetizer or dessert and the main dish. Sundarii will share a lot tips and tricks, some secrets that have been passed down through generations and her treasured family recipes, while you cook together. After cooking, you will sit down and eat together the labor of your work. You can choose between a vegetarian or meat meal.
