Put the SUP under your feet, a Spritz in your hand and the lake all around you: this is your new favorite happy hour!
On Lake Iseo, an aperitif becomes a floating experience to be enjoyed with laughter, views and moments of pure relaxation. Depart from Predore, paddle through the calm waters with a guide, and stop in the middle of the lake to enjoy a refreshing drink and some snacks… all while staying comfortably on your SUP board!
An irresistible mix of sport, nature and fun awaits you for 1.5 hours of pure carefree enjoyment!
What will we do?
The meeting time is 5 minutes before the indicated time in Predore (BG), on Lake Iseo.
Our guide will be there to greet us, and after a brief introduction, he will provide us with all the gear necessary for the excursion. This will be followed by an introductory briefing of about 10 minutes, during which we will learn how to paddle safely and easily, whether standing, kneeling or sitting.
We will then set off on a leisurely tour of about 2 km on the lake, accompanied by the guide, who will share interesting facts and information about the area with us. After about thirty minutes of paddling, we'll reach a picturesque spot in the middle of the lake for the highlight of the experience: our aperitif!
The guide will prepare the apéritif on a floating tray, with Spritz or soft drinks, accompanied by potato chips, peanuts and other snacks. It will be the perfect time to relax, take some photos and fully enjoy the magic of the lake.
We will conclude the tour by returning to the starting point. The total duration of the activity will be 1.5 hours.
Who is it for?
The activity is suitable for ages 14 and up. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You do not need to know how to swim; good water confidence is sufficient.
The maximum weight per board must not exceed 150 kg.

The activity runs from May until mid-October, and we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform the organizers in advance using the contact details provided in the confirmation email.
Changing rooms, restrooms and lockers for storing personal belongings are available at the meeting point. There are no showers.
You can participate with your dog, provided that the total weight of the dog and the participant does not exceed 150 kg. Life jackets for pets are not available.
There is both free and paid parking on site. The meeting point is accessible by public transport, by bus or by boat.
