Meet your local chef, Sergio Amendola, who was born in the small town of Praiano along the Amalfi Coast. After many years of work experience in hotels and restaurants, he decided to do more for himself and in the same time for others.

Today, he lives in Praiano, a small village not far from Positano. From his terrace, admire stunning views on Positano and up to the horizon with the island of Capri.

People from all over the world have had the opportunity to live this magnificent atmosphere and taste authentic local dishes. In his kitchen with comfortable space, learn some traditional recipes and bring home new cooking skills.
