What will you do during the lesson?
The experience begins with a warm-up and a brief explanation of the safety rules at sea.
On the sand, you'll learn the fundamental techniques of surfing, including board positioning, paddling, and the technique for getting to your feet.
Then comes the most exciting moment: getting into the water and catching your first waves!
Throughout the session, the instructor will closely monitor you, helping you to correct your movements, improve your technique and gain confidence.
