The activity kicks off with a deep breathing session, guided by Paquita and her 30 years of experience, to harmonize body and mind. Then, Yoga and Pilates postures are linked, adapted to all levels, with particular attention to alignment and relaxation. The sound of the waves and the sea breeze create a serene atmosphere, ideal for reconnecting with yourself and enjoying the exceptional natural setting.
A glass of tea will end the session.
