What you can expect

  • Dive into the heart of Normandy's culinary heritage during our tasting workshop at La Dégusterie.
Guided by an enthusiast, discover the manufacturing secrets and the particularities of the four great PDO cheeses of Normandy: Pont-L'Evêque, Cœur de Neufchâtel, Camembert de Normandie, and Livarot.
Each step invites you to explore the aromas, textures, and history of these exceptional products, while learning to recognize the nuances of taste linked to the terroirs and refinements.

In a friendly and elegant atmosphere, let yourself be carried away by the anecdotes, tips, and perfect pairings between cheeses and ciders.
The workshop takes place in the heart of our shop, in an authentic setting where discovery and indulgence come together. A moment of exchange and pleasure, ideal for the curious, cheese lovers, or travelers wishing to live a typical Norman experience.
