Our journey begins in Polignano a Mare, a jewel overlooking the Adriatic, among whitewashed alleys and breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea.

From here, we will slowly venture into the country roads, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, dry stone walls, and trulli scattered throughout the landscape. Each curve will be a return to the past, with the timeless charm of the Fiat 500 accompanying us among the scents of earth and wind.

We will arrive in Conversano, a town of art and history, dominated by the majestic castle and an elegant historic old town, where time seems to have stopped. Along the route, we will stop to tell you stories from the past, visit authentic farms, and discover traditions that still live on in the heart of Puglia today.
