Know Before You Book
- Children 1 and younger are complimentary. Children 11 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.
- Your visit may be extended for an additional fee, payable on the day of your stay, subject to availability.
- Hours of operation are 24 hours daily.
- In line with local regulations, Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departures, Terminal 1) can only be accessed by passengers departing out of Singapore and transit passengers from Category I, II, III countries/regions. What you can expect
Acceptance lounge pax: CAT 1 and 2 (VTL) passengers arriving from the below countries and departing passengers are eligible to enter PPL.
Mainland China, Taiwan, Macao, France, Korea, Australia, The Netherlands, Germany, Burnei, Canada, Demark, Italy, Spain, Switerland, UK, US, Malaysia, Finland and Sweden.

Plaza Premium Lounge is the only independent pay-in lounge in Departures area of Terminal 1. Our 7,000-square-foot lounge is designed in a warm earth tone, providing convenience, comfort and value to all travellers. As part of the award-winning Plaza Premium Lounge network, we invite travellers to savour sumptuous selections of food including signature Singapore Laksa and classic Singapore Chicken Rice and enjoy complimentary hot and chilled beverages. What’s more – travellers can also enjoy made-to-order dishes by interacting with our chef at the live-cooking counters.
Our lounge also offers six shower rooms with amenities (one of which is wheelchair-friendly), comfortable seating, complimentary Wi-Fi, charging stations, flight information, baggage handling, TV channels, choice of newspapers and magazines for leisure reading.
Alcoholic drinks is not available from 0000-0600 hrs.
