The class is designed to suit your level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and lasts 60 minutes. We'll start with joint mobility, muscle activation, and dynamic ball exercises to prepare your body and prevent injuries. Then, we'll work on the fundamental strokes: forehand, backhand, serve, and volley. We'll focus on proper technique, coordination, and ball control. We'll finish with real points or adapted games to reinforce what we've worked on during the class and encourage healthy competition.
