You will live an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience directly in your holiday home. I will be the one to join you: whether you are in an Apartment, Villa or Farmhouse, we will turn your kitchen into a real pizzeria for a day. We will start from the basics, preparing the dough together from scratch, just like I do every day in the pizzeria. You will discover the essential ingredients, the correct techniques and the little secrets that really make a difference. We will then move on to the preparation of the pizza: you will roll out your dough, choose the ingredients and learn to season it in the right way. We will turn on the oven and bake the pizzas together, living one of the most beautiful moments: seeing your pizza come to life before your eyes. And in the end, we will all sit together to eat the freshly baked pizzas, in a convivial, simple and authentic atmosphere. It's not just a lesson... is a private experience, made of hands in the dough, laughter and sharing.
