9:00 a.m. We begin with hotel pickup and head toward Pishurayacu. Enjoy an approximately 35-minute hike through the lush rainforest, surrounded by fresh air, birdsong, and beautiful natural scenery. We will then descend wooden stairs and cross a small river on a traditional handmade raft, following the appropriate safety measures. Next, we will visit the San José Hot Springs, where you can enjoy a relaxing thermal bath. Finally, we will reach the Pishurayacu Waterfalls, where you can swim and admire the beautiful waters and unique rock formations that make this destination so spectacular. During the visit, you will also learn about the origin of the waterfall’s name. We will return to Tarapoto, arriving at approximately 4:30 p.m.
