This tour offers a comfortable and scenic journey to explore the Pinnacles Desert and surrounding attractions.
The tour begins with a pick-up from your accommodation at 10:00hrs in a modern and spacious vehicle.
Heading North we experience a blend of serene rural landscapes and diverse national parks showcasing unique ecosystems and geological formations.
First stop at the coastal town of Lancelin known for its amazing brilliant white sand dunes. A short drive from town will lead us to the sand dunes where we stop for photos, climb, and walk among them.
We proceed North at Hangover Bay at Nambung National Park, a secluded white sand beach nestled by the bright blue waters of the Indian Ocean and by unique native vegetation.
Next to Cervantes, a quiet fishing town where lunch will be at the Lobster Shack restaurant (own expense), located right on the beach offering spectacular views. It’s known for its fresh, local crayfish, but also offers a variety of other dishes to cater to different tastes.
After lunch, a 15 Km drive will lead us to the Pinnacles Desert. Visit the Discovery Centre, displaying exhibits on the geology, fauna and flora, history, and cultural heritage of this area followed by a drive along the 4 Km dirt track around the desert. Stop for photos and to explore and wander among the pillars of limestone immersing ourselves at this surreal moonlike landscape. Entry fee to the Pinnacles Desert is included.
Return to Perth at 19:00hrs.
