What's included, what's not
- The finest ingredients will be provided for all Experiences. While preparing the dishes, you will have the opportunity to enjoy our wine, which is produced in Sestri Levante. Water is included. You will receive a “Chef” certificate featuring traditional recipes and all the secrets you need to have fun with family or friends. You will receive the photos as a keepsake.
- PESTO EXPERIENCE – You will be provided with an authentic Genoese mortar made of Carrara marble to prepare pesto. You will enjoy your pesto at its best with traditional bread.
- PASTA EXPERIENCE – You will have everything you need to make traditional Genoese pasta. Traditional sauces will be provided. The best table will be reserved for you to enjoy your freshly made pasta.
- WINE EXPERIENCE – We will serve you three selected local wines and describe their characteristics. Our chefs will prepare local specialties for you that are not always on the restaurant's menu, selected and prepared especially for the occasion.

- PESTO EXPERIENCE – Lunch or dinner are not included. It is possible to arrange an experience that also includes lunch or dinner.

What you can expect
PESTO EXPERIENCE – Let's make pesto together… Let's share stories with the scent of basil in the air, accompanied by a fine glass of local wine. You will learn how to use the traditional Genoese mortar for preparing pesto, discover the origins of our basil, and learn a bit of history. I will tell you about our traditional products. Once the pesto is ready, we will take some time to enjoy it together. The recipe is the same, but your pesto will be unique. An authentic experience. You will receive a “Pesto Chef” certificate and the traditional recipe, along with the secrets to preparing a delicious plate of “Trofie with Pesto.”
PASTA EXPERIENCE – Contact us and book the Pasta-Making Experience. The experience includes a reservation for the best table to enjoy your freshly made pasta.
