The cloister is accessible through a large portal in Piazza IV Novembre. Having the Fontana Maggiore and the Cathedral in front of you, you have to walk to the left of the square. There is a large portal with red "Perugia Sotterranea" and "Museo del Capitolo" signs. Inside is the cloister and the meeting point for the Walking Tour.
