What you can expect

Our tasting tour begins with a visit to the estate, where you will learn about its rich history, which dates back to Gallo-Roman times.
We will introduce you to the appellations we work with, and you will learn about the distinctive characteristics of the Cabardès terroir and its grape varieties.
You will then continue with a tour of the winemaking cellars, where you will observe the various stages of wine production: from the arrival of the grapes to the bottling of the cuvées.
The tour will conclude with a tasting of four Château Auzias Partelongue wines in the tasting cellar.
