Get ready for an unforgettable experience! We begin our adventure early in the morning, entering the fascinating Peninsula Valdés Protected Natural Area, a true treasure declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. After a comfortable one-hour drive, we arrive at the charming ecological village of Puerto Pirámides, surrounded by unique landscapes.
Our next destination is the emblematic Estancia San Lorenzo, an authentic Patagonian livestock establishment, home to the largest colony of Magellanic penguins in the world. Here, you will have the option of enjoying a delicious grilled lamb (optional) before embarking on a short journey to get up close and personal with these friendly penguins, whose colony is located just 7 km from the center of the ranch.
Afterwards, we continue to the impressive Punta Norte Reserve, where depending on the season, you can marvel at the presence of fur seals, southern elephant seals, and even orcas in their natural habitat. To close with a flourish, we will make a stop at the Carlos Ameghino Interpretation Center, which will immerse you in the biodiversity and natural wealth of the peninsula.
Throughout the tour, you will have the opportunity to spot an incredible variety of terrestrial fauna: guanacos, choiques, foxes, maras, armadillos, and even skunks that will cross your path.
The usual itinerary includes: Puerto Madryn, Puerto Pirámides, Estancia San Lorenzo, Punta Norte, Istmo Ameghino and return to Puerto Madryn. An unmissable experience for nature and adventure lovers!
