What you can expect

Important Notice - Special Arrangement for 1 October 2025

  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience during the fireworks display On 1 October 2025, Sky Terrace 428 will close to the public at 18:00, and all guests must leave by 18:30. It will reopen at 19:00 only for guests with valid Ruby Special tickets (with unused Sky Terrace 428 entry) and will reopen to everyone at 20:30. Skyscrapers428 will open at 19:00 for guests who hold a valid Red Diamond Privilege Package (who did not enter Skyscraper 428 on the day).

  • Please note: “Ticket not applicable to enter Sky Terrace 428 at 18:00–20:30 on 1 Oct”

  • During the holiday period, crowd management measures will be in place. To ensure a smoother experience, we encourage guests to purchase tickets in advance and arrive before 12:00 PM to avoid peak hours. Kindly have your admission ticket QR code ready for faster entry.

  • Golden Week: 15 September – 8 October

    Passenger lift modernization will take place from 18 August 2025 to 19 March 2026.

  • Guests may use the escalators or the cargo lift between P2/F and L3.
