What you can expect

  • Immerse yourself in the world of artisanal Tuscan pasta with an exclusive experience at Antico Pastificio Morelli, founded in 1860 and now in its sixth generation.
The experience begins with a guided visit to the pasta factory in production, where you can observe all the stages of pasta processing up close, from the selection of raw materials to drying. You will discover the special feature that makes Pasta Morelli unique: the reincorporation of fresh wheat germ into the semolina, which gives the pasta an intense aroma and flavor.
You will then continue with a visit to the Pasta Museum, an immersive journey that tells the history of pasta and the art of milling through historic machinery, period tools and multimedia content.
At the end of the tour, you can pop into the pasta shop, where you'll find over 60 pasta shapes and exclusive brand products.
The experience ends at MO Gourmet Restaurant, where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner featuring artisanal pasta in an elegant and contemporary setting.
A comprehensive journey through tradition, culture and haute cuisine in the heart of Tuscany.
