What you can expect

We will meet at our paragliding center in Puerto de la Cruz and we will drive one hour by van up to the flight area. The takeoff is located in Teide National Park in 2200m hight. You need to be in a good physical condition, be able to run in the takeoff and not exceed 95 kg. The flight lasts between 25-35 minutes, depending on weather conditions. We will land on one of the beaches and we will bring you back in a van to the start place in Puerto de la Cruz.
