Join a local host in a real Panamanian home for a hands-on evening of drinks and bites — not a bar, not a tour, but a relaxed gathering in a friend's kitchen.

You'll mix 4 authentic Panamanian cocktails — an Atardecer en Alta Mar with coconut, banana and Kahlúa; a ruby Panama caipirinha with hibiscus and Seco Herrerano; a Ron Abuelo mojito; and a coconut-rum lemonade.

Each one paired with a small dish you'll make and taste on the spot: ceviche de pixvae and corvina, crispy patacones and stuffed carimañolas.

As you shake and cook, your local host shares the stories, techniques and everyday traditions that tie each recipe to Panama's Caribbean roots.

Everything is taught step by step, so it's easy to follow whether you've mixed a cocktail before or not.

Guests call it an intimate dinner party - “welcomed as if we were family,” with “the best appetizers we had all trip” and “exquisite” drinks.

By the end you'll leave with simple recipes to recreate anywhere, new skills to impress friends back home, and the memory of one of Panama City's most vibrant nights.

Come thirsty and leave with the flavours, stories and good vibes of Panama.
If it's not the highlight of your trip, you get your money back, no questions asked.
