As the minty mojitos start flowing (they’re bottomless!), you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into Panama’s most beloved dishes, or simply sip and watch the magic unfold.
Under Winnie’s warm guidance, you'll explore 10 authentic recipes, from melt-in-your-mouth carimañolas to fresh ceviche, creamy cassava, sweet pineapple rice pudding, and more. Each bite comes with its own story, each sip with a smile.

You'll learn, cook and eat:
- Mojitos! Bottomless. Mint and other flavors.
- Pico de Gallo - Salsa with a Panamanian twist
- Butter Cassava with Herbs - Great to accompany your mojitos
- Fish Ceviche - Made with fresh catch-of-the-day Pacific fish fillet
- Picante Sauce - Chombo pepper sauce that packs flavor and punch
- Carimañolas - Yucca mash cakes filled with ground beef. Excellent bar food
- Arroz con Pollo - Rice and chicken casserole with lots of veggies
- Arroz con Piña - Pineapple-flavored rice pudding
- Chicheme - Drinkable corn cream dessert
- Chicha de Saril - Iced tea made from roselle (hibiscus) infusion with spices
To guarantee everyone's interaction, participation and quaintness, we try to keep our classes to 4 students, never more than 7.
