What you can expect

  • Departure for Monreale; visit of it's cathedral, whose interior is completely covered with marble and splendid mosaics and visit of the cloister of the Benedictines (optional). Continuation of the excursion to Palermo: visit of the old town, along the typical 'Capo' market and the Quattro Canti and Pretoria squares, the guide will take you to a typical Palermo bakery to let you taste the typical Sicilian Street food. Free time for lunch at leisure in the famous Piazza Verdi (the square of the Massimo theatre). In the afternoon, an optional visit of the Catacombs of the Capuchins (optional) and return to the hotel for dinner.
