Begin with an early pickup from your hotel in Cusco around 5:30 AM as you travel south through beautiful Andean landscapes. After 1.5 hours, stop in the village of Cusipata to enjoy a delicious breakfast before continuing toward Combapata and the Palccoyo mountain range, with a short visit to the historic colonial bridge of Checacupe. Upon arriving in the community of Palccoyo, start a moderate one-hour hike at an altitude of over 4,600 m (15,091 ft), where you will enjoy panoramic views, colorful mountains, and the option to explore the fascinating Stone Forest. After taking photos and enjoying the scenery, return to Cusipata for a traditional Andean lunch. The tour concludes with your return to Cusco, ending at Plaza Regocijo.
