During your hunt, our local truffle hunter will explain truffle hunting techniques so you can kick off your experience. Breathing in the pure air of the woods, you will enjoy the enchanting Sicilian countryside and the beauty of the forests of the Iblei Mountains.
It will be right here that, surrounded by the purest nature, at the end of the truffle harvest you will be welcomed by a local expert chef. Together with him you will learn how to clean the truffle and how to use it to enrich many dishes and turn taste into an experience.
