On day 2, start with a somatic yoga and breath awareness practice. After brunch, enjoy free time for a massage, journaling, or exploring Pai town. In the afternoon, attend a workshop on listening to the body’s language. In the evening, enjoy free time or an optional sunset meditation by the river.
On day 3, release stored tension through movement in a somatic yoga session. After brunch, enjoy free time with an optional excursion to Hot Springs or Bamboo Bridge. In the afternoon, participate in a breathwork journey focused on releasing through the breath. In the evening, rest, journal, or join a group sharing circle.
On day 4, reset your nervous system with a slow flow somatic yoga session. After brunch, enjoy free time with an optional massage or canyon visit. In the afternoon, attend a workshop on integrating stillness into movement. In the evening, enjoy free time or Yoga Nidra under the stars.
On day 5, open your heart and receptivity in a somatic yoga session. After brunch, enjoy free time with an optional second massage or rest by the river. In the afternoon, participate in a breathwork journey focused on heart-led expansion. In the evening, enjoy silent reflection or stargazing.
On day 6, integrate movement and meditation in a somatic yoga session. After brunch, enjoy free time for journaling or packing. In the afternoon, join a closing circle and sharing session focused on embodied wholeness. In the evening, enjoy a celebration dinner by the river.
On day 7, start with a gentle morning stretch and gratitude practice (optional). After a farewell brunch, check out and depart.
