You will be welcomed by Simona at the information point and, after a brief explanation of the tour on the map, also in English and French, you will be accompanied to the boarding point, located a few meters away, where, after a welcome from Captain Roberto, you will set off to discover the island of Ortigia with all its monuments seen from the sea: the Marina promenade, the Cathedral, the Aretusa Fountain, Maniace Castle, and the entire Levante seafront. The bow will then turn towards the northeast coast of the new city of Syracuse, where you can admire the high rocky ridges and caves, which, thanks to this type of boat, can also be visited inside. During the trip, you can also stop for a swim in our crystal clear waters. On the way back, we will return from Porto Piccolo with a picturesque passage under the three bridges that connect Ortigia to the mainland and return to the starting point. Please note: there is no tour guide on board, but the captain himself will provide some explanations in English and French, although he does not speak them very well.

We will be waiting for you 20 minutes before the tour to check in at our “Papyrus Excursion” stand located at Largo Porta Marina, 2, right next to the Porta della Marina monument.
