Explore every level of the dense Costa Rica Rainforest from the ground to the treetops. The awarded Aerial Tram Tour lets you know at first hand all the secrets the forest keeps while you fly above the treetops to a magnificent view, relaxation time and peaceful experience.

The 1.25-hour gondola ride includes a natural walk on the pavement trails, a visit to the beautiful and butterfly garden and hummingbird garden where you´ll be able to learn a lot among their colorful wings. You will also visit the orchids garden the terrarium where you´ll see many interesting amphibians and reptiles species.

The tour includes the Aerial Tram and nature walk on our paved nature trails.

This option includes transportation from San Jose, we need at least 2 people to operate.

  • Physical Requirements: This tour is suitable for all ages and fitness levels; however, it involves a short guided walk on nature trails with potentially uneven terrain.
  • Accessibility: The Aerial Tram is a great option for guests with limited mobility who wish to experience the rainforest canopy from a seated position. Please note that some walking trails may not be fully wheelchair accessible.
  • Safety & Comfort: The tram cabins are covered for protection against tropical sun or rain, but the environment is naturally humid.
  • Skills & Gear: No special skills or certifications are required. We recommend comfortable outdoor clothing and fully enclosed walking shoes
