What you can expect

Begin your experience with a guided tour of the farm and organic garden. Learn about the traditional cooking process of Pachamanca, which means “earth oven” in Quechua, and is an ancient Andean culinary tradition where meats and vegetables are cooked over hot stones beneath the ground.

Then, enjoy a true farm-to-table feast. Savor a selection of meats, including chicken, pork, and lamb (alpaca, rabbit, or guinea pig available upon request), served with native potatoes, sweet potatoes, organic vegetables, homemade salad, traditional sauces, and chicha morada, a refreshing purple corn beverage.

Wine and beer are available for purchase, and most dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice. Lunch is served at outdoor tables overlooking breathtaking mountain landscapes, Inca ruins, and snow-capped glaciers.

The experience begins with a farm tour and a demonstration of the traditional cooking process, followed by lunch approximately one hour later. The full experience lasts around two hours, after which you are welcome to continue exploring the property at your own pace.
