Ocean FasTrack (Standard)
Ocean FasTrack (Standard) does not include Ocean Park admission. A valid Ocean Park admission ticket is required for park entry. Present the QR code on your smartphone or an A4-printed ticket to enjoy one-time priority access to up to 7 different attractions from the following list: Cable Car (Single Trip), Ocean Express (Single Trip), Merry-Go-Round, The Grand Aquarium, Giant Panda Adventure, Arctic Blast, Ferris Wheel, Hair Raiser, Ocean Park Tower, Shark Mystique, South Pole Spectacular, The Rapids, and Wild Twister.
Priority access is valid once per selected attraction, with a maximum of 7 different attractions per ticket. Attraction availability is subject to maintenance, weather, operational requirements, and park capacity. Height, age, and safety restrictions may apply.
This ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and valid for one-time use only. No refunds will be provided for ride suspensions, attraction closures, or park closures due to maintenance, severe weather, or other operational reasons. Ocean Park may also implement admission control when maximum capacity is reached.
Guests must comply with Ocean Park's bylaws, safety rules, and park regulations. Keep the QR code/barcode intact, as damaged, altered, or defaced tickets are invalid. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Ocean Park reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or discontinue the Ocean FasTrack program without prior notice.

Ocean FasTrack (Pro) does not include Ocean Park admission. A separate Ocean Park admission ticket is required. Present the QR code on your smartphone or an A4-printed ticket to enjoy one-time priority access at each of the following attractions: Cable Car (Single Trip), Ocean Express (Single Trip), Merry-Go-Round, The Grand Aquarium, Giant Panda Adventure, Arctic Blast, Ferris Wheel, Hair Raiser, Ocean Park Tower, Shark Mystique, South Pole Spectacular, The Rapids, Wild Twister, The Flash, and Bumper Blaster (last two are exclusive to Ocean FasTrack Pro).

This ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and valid for one-time use only. No refunds will be provided for ride suspensions, attraction closures, or adverse weather. Ocean Park may temporarily close due to severe weather, including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning, or implement admission control when capacity is reached.

What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Child tickets are applicable for children aged 3 to 11 only.
- Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above with a valid ticket.
- The ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and valid for one-time use only on or before the expiry date (except Park rest days).
- No refunds (full or partial) will be given due to ride suspensions or attraction closures.
- Ocean Park may suspend rides or close attractions for repair, maintenance, weather, or other reasons without prior notice.
- Admission may be controlled or denied if the Park reaches maximum capacity.
