Know before you book
- Assigned Time Slot: Your visit time slot will be assigned once you complete all the required information (it is not possible to request a specific time slot). You will receive your ticket via email in QR code format along with your assigned time slot.
- When booking, choose one of the following time ranges: 9:00 AM (visit between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM) // 12:15 PM (visit between 12:15 PM and 4:00 PM) // 4:15 PM (visit between 4:15 PM and 7:00 PM) // 7:15 PM (visit between 7:15 PM and 9:00 PM)
- To confirm your reservation, please send us the following information for all passengers: first name, last name, and ID/passport number. Your visit cannot be confirmed until all information has been received.
- Arrival: Visitors must arrive at least 20 minutes before their assigned time to guarantee access and the smooth running of the activity. You must present the QR code you will receive by email and your ID card or passport.
- Ticket Policy: Tickets to the Obelisk Viewpoint are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. It is also not possible to change the date or time once the reservation is confirmed.
- Access to the viewpoint may be limited due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Minimum Age: Children under 4 years of age are not permitted.
- Elevator: The elevator has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It is not guaranteed that all members of the same reservation will ride in the same session.
- Stairs: After the elevator, you must go up 2 floors via narrow stairs to access the viewpoint. Accessibility: Due to the limited space of the Obelisk and the presence of stairs, the visit is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
