In this experience, we will go to Etla traditional market, where we will obtain the necessary ingredients to prepare the recipes of the most traditional dishes and to try to preserve the quality and flavor.
The dishes that will be prepared in this experience are dishes made from corn, chilies, seeds, cocoa and herbs prepared by “Tita” a traditional cook of Mixe origin with many recipes from previous generations…
