Exclusive experience at the only 100% certified sustainable mezcal distillery in Oaxaca: Production without the use of animals, total water reuse, and full utilization of waste. Our mezcals have won international gold medals, and now you can discover why.

The experience begins with an unparalleled stop at our agave plantation on Cerro de Monte Albán, a mystical Zapotec site, where you can see the agave plants that will become mezcal while enjoying panoramic views of the archaeological zone. This connection between ancestral history and mezcal culture is unique in Oaxaca.

At our three-generation distillery, you'll see firsthand how scientific research and family tradition come together to create a world-class mezcal. Our team collaborates with universities to reduce the industry's environmental impact, which is why we have been recognized with awards such as the Green Distinction for environmental stewardship. “Don't forget to ask for the mystical Zapotec mezcal.” You're going to love it!

The experience ends with a guided tasting of 5 premium mezcals that have won international gold medals. You'll learn to distinguish the complex notes of each variety, guided by experts who have mezcal in their blood.
