Enjoy an authentic experience discovering our organic winery, Tessère, in Noventa di Piave, in the province of Venice, which has been in operation since 1979.
The winery is located in a unique area, influenced by sea breezes and characterized by clay soils, which give our wines structure and personality.
During the tasting, guided by our winery sommelier, you will be able to enjoy three glasses of your choice from the following two options:
Three facets of Raboso. Different interpretations of Raboso, all enhanced by extended aging:
Spezier – still red: intense, tannic, and with a strong character – 2018 vintage
Redentor – sparkling wine: elegant and lively, it surprises with its freshness, as well as its unique color – 2012 vintage
Passito: sweet and complex, with concentrated aromas of ripe fruit and great depth – 2012 vintage
Arie Friulane: Grapes from centuries-old vineyards, lovingly cultivated in Faedis, in the province of Udine, on soil that imparts minerality.
243 - Verduzzo, dry, golden white, with apple aromas and an almond finish - 2021 vintage
76 - Refosco, still red, ruby-red in color with purple highlights, aromas of red berries, and pleasant acidity - 2021 vintage
53 - Refosco, golden sparkling wine produced using the classic method, with notes of wild berries and bread crust, fresh and refined - 2020 vintage
The wines will be paired with seasonal and local snacks, carefully selected to bring out the best of the wines’ aromas and flavors.
The tasting also provides an opportunity to learn about the history of the winery, organic winemaking techniques, and the traditions of the region, which is rich in history and Venetian mosaics.
The tasting session is for adults, so is only available for those 18 years and older.
