Step into history with our exclusive D-Day sidecar tour and experience Normandy as the soldiers never could: in comfort, in safety, and with the wind in your face. From there, we ride up to the Normandy American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer, overlooking the sea. Among the rows of white crosses and Stars of David, your guide helps you read the landscape and the memorials, so that the statistics of war become individual stories.
On option, we can add a stop at a traditional cider farm such as the Ferme de la Sapinière, where you can taste artisanal ciders and calvados made from local apples – a gentle way to reconnect with the living, rural Normandy that has grown back around these once-devastated hills.
