The VOX City guide/customer service rep is located inside Skylon Tower, enter the building through the main doors from Parking Lot A. Once inside walk to the right past the Guest Services office and take the first hallway on the right, where you will see the Vox City sign outside the meeting room where the Vox City booth and reps will be waiting for you. If you have any questions, this is a great place to find us and ask.

What you can expect

Your tour starts at Skylon Tower at 9:30 AM or 12:30 PM. Step inside the glass-enclosed elevator that will soar 775-feet above the iconic Niagara falls! You will be stunned by the views going as far as the United States of America.

Next, join your tour guide and soak in the stunning views as you stroll past the Niagara and Horseshoe Falls, all the whilst listening to the fascinating tales of this natural wonder. Your guide will also take you to some of the hotspots that surround the falls, including Niagara Casino, Table Rock and Clifton Hill.

Continue your sightseeing adventure with a visit to Journey Behind the Falls. This unique attraction takes you 125-feet beneath the water, allowing you to see the falls from a whole new perspective at the lower observation deck.
