Overview

Enjoy a relaxing hike through the picturesque countryside, where nature already calms with its presence. We make conscious stops to find ourselves and learn to feel ourselves again. Under the guidance of the professional guide, conscious breathing exercises, energy work and mindfulness practices are performed. After the hike you can swim in the refreshing spring water at the waterfall or just cool off.. Enjoying the peaceful surroundings and finding a small piece of yourself is the aim of this event.

Activity itinerary

Wonderful tour with instructions for breathing in or on the water. According to instructions, practicing conscious breathing takes place at 2 points in or on the water on the way out. It is taught to perceive one's own body and to practice deep breathing. This special breathing training can contribute to calming and inner balance. A fascinating environment in which the watercourse invites you to marvel and linger supports the calming effect of conscious breathing. At various points of the walk it is possible to linger in the running water or to run. You can swim and relax at the waterfalls. If required by the group, a small program with swimming games or similar is possible. A treasure hunt can also be organised, for example, for a (children's) birthday party. A small picnic with soft drink is offered and taken together. On the way back, we breathe together again and then head home by car.
