During your class, you’ll create two ice creams: our best-selling flavor and your own fully customized creation. Along the way, you’ll discover the history and science behind rolled ice cream, explore our unlimited topping bar, and capture memories in our immersive photo moments. Every participant also receives a take-home Roll Academy apron to remember the experience.

The Roll Academy is located inside the Nashville Farmers’ Market on the Bicentennial Mall/Shed side, directly across from Succulent Tacos and just behind Bella Noches Pizzeria. Parking is complimentary. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to park and make your way inside the market.
