Become the main character of a self-guided ghost mystery game that turns Naples' historic centre into your own playing field. Your mission: the Prince of Sansevero, Naples' legendary alchemist, has risen from the afterlife, and with the city's destiny hanging in the balance you must race against time to stop him. You will start at the Church of Santa Luciella, home of the famous "skull with ears", where the app hands you the mission and your first lead. The trail takes you through the occult side of the centro storico, past many local landmarks like the Gesu Nuovo church and its coded pyramids, the Sansevero Chapel and Piazza San Domenico Maggiore. At each stop you will investigate your surroundings (inscriptions, statues, plaques, facades, etc.) to solve a puzzle that will reveal your next clue. Every solved puzzle unlocks the instructions for the next chapter, plus real ghost stories and legends about the locations you're visiting. You can play alone or bring your whole group. The game can be played all day, any day. It ends near the same area where it starts and will take you about 90-120 minutes. The total walking distance is about 1.5 miles (2.5 km).
