What you can expect

Afternoon session at 4:30 pm
We will welcome you into our home and provide you with all the necessary materials for the preparations.
Aprons and gloves (disposable), food, and cooking utensils.

We'll start by kneading the dough. We'll teach you the tricks of the trade for preparing the dough.
We will roll out the dough using a rolling pin and a pasta machine. We will then proceed to cut the pasta. We will cook the sauce and the pasta together. We will prepare the limoncello spritz (using only Sorrento lemons) and, finally, we will taste our creations.
The activity will last 2 hours.
