Meet your driver in your hotel lobby at 6:30 AM. It’s about a 90-minute (75km) comfortable drive to Mutianyu Great Wall.Built in 1404 on a beautiful mountain ridge, Mutianyu is one of the best-preserved and most scenic sections of the Great Wall. Standing 7-8 meters tall and 4-5 meters wide, it offers stunning views in every direction.Take the chairlift up to the 6th watchtower. From there, you can walk along the wall — the flat section (Tower 6 to 9) is easy and great for families and seniors, while the steeper parts offer more challenge for hikers. On clear days, you can even see distant Beijing skyscrapers!After plenty of time for photos and walking, enjoy the exciting toboggan slide down from the 6th tower — it’s super fun!Lunch is not included. There are Chinese restaurants and a Subway nearby, or you can bring your own snacks. Your guide will provide free bottled water.You’ll return to your Beijing hotel around 2:00 PM.
