Know before you book

  • Customers will be asked to pay the difference in cost if they book a rate that is cheaper than where they are staying. For example, if you are staying at the Grand Palladium, please book the rate from the Grand Palladium

  • A minimum of 4 persons are required for this tour to take place. If we do not meet the minimum the tour can be rescheduled or canceled.
  • We pickup from most Montego Bay hotels. You must contact us to confirm your booking and arrange your pickup at a central location if you are staying at other accommodations.
  • Pickup time subject to change base on local traffic conditions and inclement weather.
  • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • At the time of booking you must provide us with your: Hotel/Accommodation Name, Address and Phone Number in order to complete the booking.

What you can expect

You are greeted at your hotel lobby/pickup point for this amazing experience. Kindly present your voucher to your tour guide verification. As soon as that is done then you will be seated and ready to head out on your journey. The tour will take you up the northern coastline - drive time is about 35mins to the Luminous Lagoon. As you get on the terrace you will be greeted by a Glistening Waters Representative who welcomes you and take you directly to the bar where you are served a healthy drink of rum punch or fruit punch (take your pick). You will also be feted briefly with age old Jamaican dance moves - a mix of the African and British dance cultures. At the end you will board your boat and set out for a 1 hour adventure. Get your cameras ready to take photos of the fishes as they pass by with a glow! Be sure to take your swimsuits and towels along with you in case you wish to take a short swim. It is said that the water will make you look 10 years younger. Your captain is very knowledgeable and will give you all the history - fee free to engage.

After you have completed Luminous Lagoon it will be time to take you back to your pickup point/resort.
