During the workshop at the farm, you will learn from a master cheesemaker the techniques of processing fresh milk to create Mozzarella or Burrata, the white gold of gastronomy.
Before getting your hands dirty, you will visit the dairy company, a farm surrounded by nature , among barns, green meadows, dry stone walls and pajare, where you will meet the animals , cared for and loved by the owners with passion, love and daily commitment.
The Cheese Shop will be a feast for all your senses, a riot of cheeses, caciotta, provola, ricotta, mozzarella and much more, with a thousand flavors and shapes, flavored in the most imaginative and refined ways.
To crown this experience will be a rich tasting of cheeses paired with jellies, frize, cured meats and a good glass of wine .
