We will start the first day by becoming farmers in the rice fields, from watching the water flow, watching the seeds, ploughing the fields using buffaloes, doing the planting process and all activities in the rice fields such as fishing for eels according to the season.
And we will also accompany the brown sugar farmer on his journey of making it,
At first we will wake up in the morning to have breakfast with the farmer and get a cup of coffee, then we will go to where the palm trees grow. The palm sugar farmer will teach us the ritual before asking for the liquid palm sugar from the tree.
After the process in the field we will return to the furnace to start the process of making brown sugar until it is moulded and sold in the market.
In the evening we will go to a local community gathering place with evening activities such as traditional music and dance rehearsals or to chat in coffee shops until bedtime.
