The only cooking class in which Camilla Pizzorno, Mortar Pesto World Champion, teaches you her recipe, reveals her secrets... and makes you enjoy an authentic three-course Ligurian menu with Italian wine and spirits. 1. You will be welcomed in a typical Ligurian garden surrounded by greenery during the summer, or in a heated outdoor area in winter. We will discover together all the ingredients of real pesto and their role. 2. Using a Carrara marble mortar and an olive wood pestle, Camilla will guide you in the preparation of your pesto with a mortar. You will crush and mix the ingredients by hand, to create the right color and texture. 3. We will taste the freshly prepared pesto with Genoese focaccia and trofie, the typical Tiramisu dessert, with local wine and Italian spirits. 4. You will receive the recipe of the Champion, photos and videos of the lesson and a small gift to remember Liguria.
