Once you arrive at our traditional riad in the heart of Fes Medina, you’ll be warmly welcomed with Moroccan mint tea and pastries. We’ll give you a quick tour of the riad, explaining its architectural features and cultural history. Then, you’ll be seated either in the peaceful inner courtyard or on our rooftop terrace with stunning views of the medina. A local Fassi cook will prepare and serve you a full Moroccan meal, including famous dishes like tagine, couscous, pastilla, and traditional salads. You’ll also taste seasonal fruits and end the meal with more tea and homemade sweets. Throughout the experience, we’ll share stories and answer your questions about Moroccan food, culture, and daily life.
