Strength & Wellness Workshop
Start your day in Rhodes with a unique outdoor experience that will fill you with energy and tranquility. On a small beach in the center of Rhodes, the experienced trainer will guide you through a series of exercises that combine strengthening, stretching and breathing techniques.
The workshop location has been deliberately chosen by the sea, as the natural sound of the waves helps you relax, reduces stress, and creates the ideal environment for concentration, movement, and wellness. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit!

Drawing on the best elements from different exercise methods, such as Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and Calisthenics, we will focus on exercises that enhance strength, stability, flexibility and overall well-being.
Through proper breathing, controlled movement, and a comprehensive exercise regimen, we will activate the body, release accumulated stress, and complete the experience with a feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation.
The workshop is inspired by the need to address the effects of the modern sedentary lifestyle, which over time limits the body's natural functionality, reduces mobility, and leads to stiffness and muscle imbalances.
