We'll go inside the cheese factory during processing and watch the Parmesan wheels being made. Then you'll have the chance to taste it right where it's made.
Then we'll hop on our e-bikes and head to a beautiful vinegar factory where they make Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. After the visit, we'll get to taste different types of vinegar.
