Meeting Point & Punctuality
Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point. If you will be late, please contact us in advance. Unnotified late arrivals or no-shows may be considered cancellations and incur a fee.

Final Confirmation
We will send a confirmation email with the meeting place and time by 6:00 PM the day before your tour. If you don't receive it, please contact the activity provider directly.

Health & Safety Requirements
This tour is suitable for guests aged 3 to 65 years old. You cannot participate if you are pregnant, under 3 years old, or have a chronic medical condition. Please consult us in advance if you have any health concerns or a fear of the dark or confined spaces.

What to Expect
Your guide will provide you with a flashlight and lead you through the park, sharing their knowledge of the nocturnal animals. This is a nature tour, so what you can see may vary. We cannot guarantee sightings of specific animals.

Weather & Tour Conditions
This tour proceeds in light rain but may be canceled if field safety cannot be ensured.
There is a minimum of 2 participants required for the tour to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be canceled with no charge (you will be notified the day before).

What to Bring & Prepare
Please use the restroom before arriving, as no toilets are available on site. Participation while under the influence of alcohol is not permitted.
