What you can expect

  • This workshop is unique e designed for mindfulness, creativity and connection. Designed to be reflective and with emphasis, without seeking perfection. Hosted in a beautiful home studio tucked away in a traditional Milan house, enjoy plenty of time to experiment, then take your creation home. Meditation and art come together to give you a unique experience.
    Meditation will begin the workshop, and then you'll create your own artwork by wrapping the earth's energy within a stone. This technique is inspired by an ancient Japanese art (musubi stones) and from this art you will learn to follow the thread and the flow of life.
    What to Expect:

    1. Welcome and Grounding 20 mins
      Welcome and presentation and introduction of musubi stones: history and meaning. Connect with one another with grounding meditation to set the tone and your intentions.
    2. Meditation and binding 1 h
      Meditation to support grounding and breathing. Approach to the stone through listening and binding with 1:1 guidance. Unleash your creativity and your capacity to follow a line.
    3. Meditate with your musubi stone 20
      Take care of your art object and consolidate the intent.
    4. Greatings
      Tea together and greatings.
