What you can expect
During this experience, you will learn about Mexican artisan chocolate through a guided food tasting inspired by Oaxacan tradition. You will taste 0% sugar chocolate, 70% cocoa bars, and powdered chocolate with or without sugar to identify their aromas and flavors. We will use traditional Mexican utensils, such as the molinillo and earthenware jugs, and we will talk briefly about the origin of cocoa in Mexico. We'll finish with a cup of hot or cold chocolate, as per your preference, prepared on the spot.
