What you can expect

During this experience, you'll discover Mexican artisanal chocolate through a guided tasting inspired by Oaxacan tradition. You'll try 0% sugar chocolate, 70% cocoa bars, and powdered chocolate with or without sugar to identify their aromas and flavors. We'll use traditional Mexican utensils, like the grinder and clay jars, and we'll briefly talk about the origin of cocoa in Mexico. We'll finish with a freshly prepared cup of hot or cold chocolate, depending on your preference.
